Payment
It is possible to use the following payment options: Visa, Visa Elektron, Mastercard, Maestro.
At Danishlamps.com we use OnPay as a payment system.
All card information is sent securely and encrypted to NETS and it is not possible to withdraw more money than the customer has approved.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
Reservation of amount If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.
The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we raise the amount when we send the item, or
2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. See further down what the requirements are for the item’s condition. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@Danishlamps.com.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Condition of the item
0.-14. days’ right of withdrawal (mandatory): If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature of the item, its characteristics and the way it works, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back.
The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Freight:
We send packages with GLS in Denmark and EU countries. We offer worldwide shipping. If you can’t calculate shipping, send me an email at Info@Danishlamps.com and we will find a solution for this.
Personal data policy.
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone no. and E-mail.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered in Massive Stock and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection. The data controller at www.Danishlamps.com is Daniel Melsen.
You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
